Maria Tavera Rojas, born Semenikhina, is a Swiss and Russian national. After a lawyer’s internship in a Geneva-based law firm, she acquired solid legal skills by working as a compliance officer and legal officer in leading banks and trading companies in Geneva.

Having resumed the free exercise as a lawyer in Geneva, Maria practices mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, banking and financial law, economic criminal law, contract law, law on foreigners, private international law, as well as family law.
